My connection to photography started at 15, when my dad took up photography as a hobby and I followed suit. Later in college, when I had my own camera, a Canon 60D, I'd walk through downtown Pittsburgh to practice street photography. On several occasions during several snowstorms, I'd walk 5 miles from Mount Washington to Oakland, taking pictures on the way.
Today, I shoot with a Fujifilm X-T5 and X-T3 cameras, and I have over a decade of experience editing in Lightroom. I’ve spent time in the darkroom—shooting on film, developing the rolls, and enlarging the prints onto photo paper.
That foundational practice has evolved into a versatile professional skill set. My photography work covers a wide range of projects, generally falling into a few core areas:
-
Events & Milestones: Capturing the energy of weddings, live concerts, fundraising events, and festivals.
-
Commercial & Brand: Creating high-impact marketing and promotional material, alongside professional and casual headshots.
